All images on this website are available as fine art prints. The 8x10 and 13x19 prints are made in Mark's digital darkroom. Slides are scanned on a Nikon CoolScan IV ED at 2990 dpi. Only minor adjustments are made in Photoshop before printing on an Epson 2200 color printer using Epson Professional Semigloss paper. Printing these images himself allows Mark to have total control of the final product. It also allows him to substantially reduce the cost of his prints in these two sizes.
For the larger prints, an outside lab is required both for scanning and printing. The cost of these prints reflects this necessity. These prints are printed on Fuji Crystal Archive paper using a LightJet printer.
All prints are signed by the photographer. Framing is generally not included, although you may call or email for a price quote. If a matted print is ordered, it will feature Mark's choice of color, chosen to compliment the image. Generally, the mat color is a white or off-white shade.
